When will my order ship?
Shipping depends on the kind of shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days and that does not include processing time. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for us to package and ship your order.
I received my tracking number today and it hasn't updated, how come?
Once a shipping label is printed, it is labeled as "pre-shipment". Once USPS is in possession of your order, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to fully update.
I entered the wrong mailing address when placing my order, what do I do?
If you have made a mistake when entering your address at checkout, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will allow changes to be made to any address for up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. We do NOT take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time the order was placed.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, an order is IMMEDIATELY in the process of being fulfilled and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
My lashes have arrived damaged! Can I get a replacement?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for damaged products unless it is manufacturer damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after delivery. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim. All lashes must be in original packaging and unworn to be eligible for a replacement.
