RETURNS, SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds of any sort. If you are unhappy with your FULL PRICED product, you may return it within 30 days from your date of purchase for store credit. In order to process your return, please contact us at and follow the instructions below.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

All returns MUST be sent with valid tracking number and be accompanied with original packing slip.
Lashes should be unworn, unused, in original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them in. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
In addition, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your package is received and inspected (please allow 3-7 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as if you are eligible for a STORE CREDIT or not.
We do NOT provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Excluding Sundays, your order should be received within 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method you choose at the time of checkout. During holidays and sales, please allow an extra 1-3 business days as our system will be backed up with unfulfilled orders. You may not cancel or alter your order once it has been placed. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT.
We are not responsible for shipping out orders with the wrong address. If our system can not verify your address, we will contact you for an updated shipping address with the contact information you provided at the time of checkout. If we do not get a response during our processing period, your package may be processed and shipped during our next processing day so please keep that in mind if you placed an order with expedited or overnight shipping. If your order is shipped and returned to us for whatever reason, you are 100% liable for any extra shipping costs needed to have your order reshipped. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT PACKAGES FOR ORDERS WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Manufacturing defects must be reported with 24 hours after marked "delivered". Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.
